We’ve brought the world to you in one place… Be bold, try a new dish, explore a country through your palette and pair it with wines from that region. A variety of entertainment and presentations will be available on the Culinary Stage throughout the day.  We kick off with a cooking demonstration by the always charming and entertaining Paul Mattison,  the chef with the biggest heart.

About Josee Lanzi, World Food Competitor and Successful
Josee is self taught home cook, much like Rachel Ray and is truly passionate about food. She’s obsessed with cooking competitions and has been doing them on the side for 6 years now. She has won numerous competitions from The Real Women of Philadelphia competition finalists with Kraft foods and Paula Deen to winning the Country Crocks cooking star recipe contest and filming in New York with Carla Hall. She has assisted Robert Irvine in his first live dinner impossible and won the grand prize for Tostitos one chip wonder Contest. She also competed in the New England soup challenge in Atlanta, GA as well as Macy’s grilling guru cook-off in North Carolina, One of her favorite competitions (if she even has one) is the World Food Championships where she competed in Las Vegas 2 years in a row and placed top ten. Her recent win at World Food Championships in Orlando Florida placed her 2nd in the world in the seafood category,

When you hear about Josee’s challenges and an accident in 2015 that almost sidelined her from cooking permanently, you will be as amazed as the rest of the world when you hear her story and see her in action. She is unstoppable and we are thrilled to have Josee with us at the Food and Travel Festival sharing her knowledge and passion.
